Many customers may find completing a business plan or facing business issues a daunting task. What is really helpful is an experienced Consultant to speak with when you have a question or issue that relates to your particular business. There is an abundance of generic information on the internet but finding helpful information that is relevant to you and your circumstance is often difficult – or very expensive.

Advise you want to sign up to BusinessPlans Help Desk Support – ask any question you would like answered prior to starting.

The Help Desk is a 24/7 help desk but Consultants are available during standard business hours. Any after hour messages are returned during standard business hours the following business day.

Service Summary

  • Speak to experienced BusinessPlans Consultants about any business issue being faced during your start up phase or ongoing phases of business.
  • Help Desk Hours of Operation – 24/7 365 days. Consultants available during normal business hours and all calls returned during this time.
  • Help is by way of verbal assistance – Consultants will guide and direct you over the phone.
  • Cost is $49.50 inc gst per month. Prorated to the 1st of following month. Eg if you commence on 15th Febuary, the first invoice is from 15th Feb to 1st April, monthly thereafter.
  • Cancel anytime – Cancel anytime prior to 1st of the next month by phoning the Help Desk. No questions asked.
