Case Study: ANZ Small Business Workshop

The ANZ bank chose BusinessPlans to write and create a workbook and facilitate national business planning workshops for the ANZ small business customers. There were four facilitators in total including BusinessPlans.com.au and Google.

What we did:

BusinessPlans consulted with key ANZ Marketing staff to write a business planning workbook specific to the needs of small businesses both starting up or looking to expand.

Outcome:

A purpose written 50 page workbook that took customers through

• Story to date for start ups and expanding businesses
• Researching the environment
• SWOT creation and analysis
• Setting strategies
• Financial projections

BusinessPlans experts facilitated a 4 hour workshop in most Australia capital cities. The workshop was based on the workbook written. Attendants were able to interact with the expert, ask questions about their business whilst being lead through the business plans workbook.
