My company contracted out Businessplans.com.au for the preparation of a business plan for the development of a Funds Management Company on the Central Coast of New South Wales. The document we were after had to be of the highest quality as it was going to be used to attract investors, present to various banking partners and to present to the company board. Part of the process was to establish the most efficient corporate structure and to seek advice in the different financing options available to us.
